About the role
You own brand social for the companies we work with. That means the plan, the calendar, the words and the numbers. You set the direction each month, write copy and reel scripts that sound like the brand, work with designers and video editors to bring posts to life, publish on time, and report what is working. You care about the brand sounding human and the numbers moving in the right direction.
What success looks like
- The brands you run have a clear voice and a calendar that ships on time.
- Engagement and follower growth climb month on month, and you can explain why.
- Designers and editors get sharp briefs and quick, useful feedback.
- You spot a trend, test it, and turn the winners into a repeatable play.
What you will do
- Own the monthly content calendar for each brand you manage.
- Write post copy and reel scripts that match the brand voice.
- Publish across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, and keep the schedule on track.
- Brief designers and video editors, then review their work before it goes live.
- Track reach, engagement and follower growth, and report what is working each month.
- Spot trends and formats early, and turn the useful ones into posts.
- Reply to comments and messages, and keep the community warm.
- Test new ideas, keep what performs, and drop what does not.
What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years running brand social, or a strong portfolio if you are a fresher.
- Clear writing in English, with a feel for tone and timing.
- You can plan a calendar and stick to it.
- A basic grip on analytics: you can read a report and say what to do next.
- Good taste in visuals and the patience to give useful feedback.
- Organised, reliable and easy to work with.
Nice to have
- Hands-on use of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Google Flow.
- Some hands-on design or basic editing.
- Experience working alongside a paid or performance team.
