1. Who We Are
MLabs Digital Private Limited ("MLabs", "we", "us", "our") operates mlabsdigital.org and provides AI-powered marketing intelligence services. We also operate Local AI, our SaaS product for Google Business Profile management, available at local.mlabsdigital.org. 2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Contact information (name, email, company name) from our demo request form
- Business information (industry, monthly ad spend) to understand your requirements
- Communications you send via email or our contact form
- Marketing and analytics data from third-party platforms you connect to your MLabs dashboard
We also automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type and pages visited through standard analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
3. Third-Party Platform Integrations
MLabs integrates with the following third-party platforms to power our enterprise dashboards and our Local AI product (local.mlabsdigital.org). By connecting these accounts, you grant us read access to the data described below, with your explicit OAuth consent.
- Google APIs (GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, YouTube) We access campaign performance data, website analytics, search rankings, and YouTube channel metrics. Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Google Business Profile (business.manage scope) Used in our Local AI product. We access: (1) the list of Google Business Profile locations you own or manage, (2) daily performance metrics including phone calls, direction requests, and website clicks, (3) customer reviews including reviewer name, rating, review text, publish date, and any existing replies, and (4) the ability to post replies to reviews on your behalf when you explicitly draft and click "Send Reply" within Local AI. We do NOT access Google Ads data, Gmail, Drive, Photos, Calendar, search history, or any Google data outside the business.manage scope. We do NOT use Google user data for advertising, to train AI or machine learning models, or for any purpose other than providing Local AI’s user-facing features.
- Meta APIs (Meta Ads, Instagram) We access your advertising account data including campaign performance, spend, creative assets and audience insights. This data is used solely to power your MLabs dashboard and is never shared with other clients or used for any purpose outside your subscription.
- LinkedIn APIs (Advertising, Community Management) We access your LinkedIn advertising account data including campaign performance, impressions, and lead generation data to power LinkedIn reporting in your MLabs dashboard.
- Mobile Measurement Partners (Adjust, AppsFlyer) We access app install and funnel event data to connect mobile marketing spend to actual conversion outcomes.
All third-party platform data is accessed only for the purpose of providing the intelligence services and products you have subscribed to. We do not sell, transfer, or use this data for any other purpose.
Limited Use Policy Compliance (Google APIs)
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features visible in our dashboards and in Local AI.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (our infrastructure providers) or to comply with applicable laws.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalised, or interest-based advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except with your explicit consent for specific customer support cases, for security purposes, to comply with applicable laws, or if the data is aggregated and anonymised.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Set up and maintain your MLabs intelligence dashboard
- Generate weekly AI marketing audits and campaign recommendations
- Respond to support requests and onboarding queries
- Improve our platform and develop new features
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or your connected platform data to any third party. We may share data with trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, analytics) subject to strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- OAuth 2.0 authentication We never store your platform passwords. All integrations use official OAuth flows.
- Encryption at rest OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being written to our database. Only the decrypted token is held in memory during active API calls.
- Encryption in transit All connections use TLS 1.2 or higher. Our hosting infrastructure enforces HTTPS.
- Row-level security In our multi-tenant database (Supabase PostgreSQL), every data row is scoped to a user account via row-level security policies, so users can only read their own data.
- Access controls Only authorised MLabs personnel can access internal systems, under strict confidentiality agreements. Access to production databases is logged and audited.
- Data processing locations Primary data processing is in AWS AP-South-1 (Mumbai, India) and Supabase AP-South-1. Emails are processed via Resend in AP-Northeast-1 (Tokyo).
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as needed to provide our services:
- While your account is active We retain cached business data (metrics, reviews, location details) indefinitely, refreshing it periodically from the source platforms.
- OAuth tokens Deleted immediately upon disconnection of a platform integration or account deletion.
- Cached business data after disconnection Deleted within 30 days of you disconnecting the relevant platform or deleting your account.
- All data upon account termination Fully deleted within 30 days. We may retain anonymised aggregate statistics that do not identify you or your business.
- Technical logs Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes, then automatically deleted.
- Communications Retained while you are an active user and for a reasonable period afterward for support continuity, typically up to 12 months.
Data Deletion Request: To request deletion of your data and revocation of all platform access tokens, email privacy@mlabsdigital.org with subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. You may also revoke our access at any time directly from each platform’s settings (Google Account Permissions, Meta Business Settings, LinkedIn Partner Settings, etc.) or from the Settings page within Local AI.

9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to analyse traffic and improve user experience via Google Analytics 4. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for business users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
