About the role
You own a set of client accounts and you are the person who keeps them happy and moving. You run the relationship day to day, turn client goals into clear plans for our delivery teams, keep communication honest and on time, and make sure work ships to a standard you are proud of. You spot problems before they grow, find ways to grow each account, and you do it without waiting to be handed a to-do list.

- Your clients trust you and renew, because work ships well and communication is honest.
- Delivery teams get clear briefs and realistic timelines from you.
- Risks get caught and handled before they reach the client.
- The accounts you own grow, and you can show how.
What you will do
- Own a portfolio of client accounts as their main point of contact.
- Turn client goals into clear briefs and timelines for the delivery teams.
- Run regular updates and reviews, and keep communication clear and on time.
- Coordinate across social, performance, content and design so work ships on schedule.
- Track deliverables, budgets and timelines, and flag risks early.
- Spot opportunities to grow each account, and act on them.
- Keep account documents, trackers and notes accurate and current.
- Step in and solve problems before they reach the client.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years in account management, client servicing or a similar client-facing role.
- Clear, calm written and spoken communication.
- You take ownership and move without being told what to do next.
- Organised, with an eye for detail across many moving parts.
- Comfortable coordinating delivery teams and managing timelines.
- Able to work hybrid from our Lajpat Nagar office.
Nice to have
- Experience in a marketing, creative or digital agency.
- Comfort with project tools like Notion, Trello or similar.
- Hands-on use of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
