About the role

This internship sits next to our account managers and keeps client work moving. You help with coordination, notes and timelines, and you keep updates clear so nothing falls through. It is a great way to learn how an agency runs accounts and how to keep clients happy with steady, honest communication.

What you will do

  • Take notes in client and internal calls and turn them into clear actions.
  • Help track timelines and deliverables across accounts.
  • Keep project documents and trackers tidy and up to date.
  • Draft simple client updates for the account manager to review.
  • Chase small tasks across the team so work stays on schedule.
  • Help prepare for meetings and reviews.

What we are looking for

  • A student or recent graduate keen on client and project work.
  • Clear, friendly written communication.
  • Organised, with an eye for detail.
  • Comfortable with documents and spreadsheets.
  • Able to work hybrid from our Lajpat Nagar office.

Nice to have

  • Any past coordination, events or team-lead experience.
  • Comfort with project tools like Notion, Trello or similar.
