About the role
You run paid campaigns and own the outcomes. Across Meta, Google and YouTube, you plan budgets, test creative, set up tracking and watch the numbers that matter: cost per acquisition and ROAS. You read the data, make the call, and improve results week on week. We expect you to use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini for data analysis and creative generation.
What success looks like
- Cost per acquisition drops and ROAS climbs on the accounts you run.
- Tracking and attribution are clean, and you trust the data.
- Winning creative and audiences get found and scaled.
- You can show exactly what you changed and what it returned.
What you will do
- Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube.
- Set and manage budgets, and move spend to what is working.
- Build and test creative, and keep a clear record of what wins.
- Set up tracking and attribution with Google Tag Manager and pixels.
- Watch cost per acquisition and ROAS, and act on what they tell you.
- Report results clearly to the team and to clients.
- Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini for analysis and creative.
- Find the next gain and test it.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years running paid campaigns with real budgets.
- Strong with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Usage of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini for data analysis and creative generation. This is a must.
- Solid grip on tracking, attribution, pixels and Google Tag Manager.
- You think in cost per acquisition and ROAS, not vanity metrics.
- Clear about what you changed and why.
Nice to have
- YouTube and video campaign experience.
- Some hands-on creative or copy skill.
- Experience reporting to clients.
