About the role

You turn raw footage and ideas into video that people watch to the end. Reels, shorts and YouTube videos for our brands and our clients. You handle the cut, the subtitles, the sound and the colour, and you keep a steady pace without losing quality. If you also shoot, there is a shoot allowance and more room to own a video from idea to upload.

What you will do

• Edit reels, shorts and YouTube videos from brief to final export.
• Build clean cuts with sharp pacing that hold attention from the first second.
• Add subtitles, sound design and music that fit the piece.
• Grade and colour correct so every video looks consistent.
• Work with the social and content team on hooks, formats and ideas.
• Keep an organised project and file structure so work is easy to find and reuse.
• Turn one shoot into many cuts for different platforms and ratios.
• Hit deadlines while keeping the bar high.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years editing, or a strong reel if you are a fresher.
• Confident in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• A feel for pacing, sound and what makes people keep watching.
• You can take a brief and come back with something better than expected.
• Care for detail in subtitles, sound and colour.
• A portfolio or reel we can watch.

Nice to have

• You can shoot, with your own kit or ours.
• Motion graphics and simple animation.
• Some grasp of what performs in paid and organic video.
