2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Contact information (name, email, company name) from our demo request form
• Business information (industry, monthly ad spend) to understand your requirements
• Communications you send via email or our contact form
• Marketing and analytics data from third-party platforms you connect to your MLabs dashboard

We also automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type and pages visited through standard analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).

3. Third-Party Platform Integrations

MLabs integrates with the following third-party platforms to power your marketing intelligence dashboard. By connecting these accounts, you grant us read access to the data described:

• Google APIs (GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, YouTube) — We access campaign performance data, website analytics, search rankings and YouTube channel metrics. Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
• Meta APIs (Meta Ads, Instagram) — We access your advertising account data including campaign performance, spend, creative assets and audience insights. This data is used solely to power your MLabs dashboard and is never shared with other clients or used for any purpose outside your subscription.
• Google Business Profile (GMB) — We access location performance data including direction requests, phone calls and local search visibility for your business locations.
• Mobile Measurement Partners (Adjust, AppsFlyer) — We access app install and funnel event data to connect mobile marketing spend to actual conversion outcomes.

All third-party platform data is accessed only for the purpose of providing the intelligence services you have subscribed to. We do not sell, transfer or use this data for any other purpose.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Set up and maintain your MLabs intelligence dashboard
• Generate weekly AI marketing audits and campaign recommendations
• Respond to support requests and onboarding queries
• Improve our platform and develop new features
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or your connected platform data to any third party. We may share data with trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, analytics) subject to strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data including encrypted storage, secure API connections (OAuth 2.0) and access controls. All platform integrations use official OAuth authentication — we never store your platform passwords.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On subscription termination, your data is deleted within 90 days unless legally required otherwise.

Data Deletion Request: To request deletion of your data and revocation of all platform access tokens, email [email protected] with subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. You may also revoke our access at any time directly from each platform’s settings (Google Account Permissions, Meta Business Settings, etc.).

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
